Welded Mesh Fencing Panels
Welded wire mesh fence is made of metal wires welded frimly together in a lattice structure to creat a strong and secure barrier. Welded wire mesh is galvanized and plastic coated, depending on the application. Galvanized fencing is suitable for outdoor gardens, pool perimeters, and other similar applications, while plastic coated welded mesh fences are typically used for applications when decorative effect is considered. The colour of the coating for welded wire mesh fences can vary from black, green, white, and many other colours, depending on the buyer's preference.
Materials:
Welded wire fencing mesh is commonly constructed from galvanized steel wire welded together at each intersection to form a square or rectangular opening grid. Galvanized welded fencing mesh is suitable for many applications, including residential and industrial fencing, security barriers, and animal containers. The gauge of the wire used can vary based on the requirements of the application, the thicker the wire diameter the stronger the mesh. The mesh size of the fence can also be customized.

Fence posts
The fence posts include line post, corner post and top rails.
The posts are installed usually with concrete or with a specialized mounting system. Posts should be spaced at regular intervals, to ensure that the fence is secure. Depending on the desired height and size, posts should be spaced 4-10 feet apart.
All materials including the welded wire mesh and posts are hot dipped galvanized steel and PVC coated.
Security Fencing Topping:
Welded mesh fence system topped with concertina coils and barbed wires are used for high security uses.
Barbed Tape Concertina/Razor Coil security topping can be supported by Y arm brackets to be applied to the top of the fence.
Concertina wire coil numbers and barbed wire coil numbers vary according to requirements.

Topping Supports Mounting Bracket
50mm x 75mm x 6mm x 75mm long mild steel angle to BS4848 with 12mm diameter holes for fixing to posts and for topping mounting.
Protective finish to be hot dip galvanised to BS729.
Topping Flexible Rubber Bushes
50mm outer diameter, 12mm inside diameter x 30mm long rubber sleeves to BS4255.
Topping Support Arms
50mm x 50mm x 5mm x 600mm long mild steel angle to BS4848 with 12mm diameter holes for flexible rubber bushed and 6mm vertical slots for barbed razor tape.
Protective finish to be Hot Dip Galvanised to BS729.
Security Topping
BTO-18 razor blade:
18mm wide flat stainless steel 316 razor tape with both edges cut to a double barbed profile at 25mm centres and:
(i) Crimped to a 2.5mm diameter stainless steel spring core wire with a wraparound of 220-240 degrees
(ii) Razor tape manufactured as per ASTM F1379-95 standards and have a minimum tensile strength of 1350 MPA
(e) Topping
(i) Bolt to posts.
(ii) Bolt to mounting brackets through flexible mounting ensuring flexible mountings
(iii) Extend barb tape coil so that coils are placed at centres of arms.
(iv) Secure to arms at each point of contact with hog rings/tying wire and clip adjacent ends to coils with fixing clips.
