Double Wire Panel Fence is also known as Twin Wire Fence Panel, Bilateral Wire Fence, 2D welded mesh fence, popularly used in European market. Double/ twin wire panel is a rigid mesh panel welded with horizontal double wires and vertical single wires.
Typical structure: Two thick steel wires horizontally, one single steel wire vertically are fully welded at the intersection.
Materials: Double horizontal wire panels are made of low carbon steel wire, the mesh panels are hot dipped galvanized and pvc/powder coated.

Welded Mesh Panels-HDG + White Color Coated (RAL9010)
Double-wire mesh panels made of welded steel wires (rigid welded type twisted) and plastic-coated.
Material:
Wire materials are hot-dip galvanized steel wires after welding (HDG) according to the EN 1461 standard.
Coating: Double wire panels with a double thermoplastic coating of 180 microns ± 30 microns.
Color: The panels shall be coated into white color (RAL9010).

Fixing posts will be made of hot-dip galvanized steel after welding and drilling, and must have the following specifications:
Non-open profile: square type with a thickness of 1.50 mm and a minimum cross-section of 60 x 60 mm.
Post height: compatible with the nominal height of the fence.
Construction material: Hot-dip galvanized steel according to EN 1461 standard, with a minimum yield strength of 235 N/mm², or in aluminum alloy with an equivalent yield strength and resistance.
Coating: double thermoplastic coating, minimum 120 microns.
Salt mist resistance: duration ≥ 1000 hours, according to ISO 9227 standard.
The top of the post must be protected by a durable PVC cap.
The color of the posts will be white (RAL9010).
A 10-year warranty is required for the posts.
Welded Double Wire Panel Fencing Fixing
Each panel is fixed to a post on each side by a tamper-proof system that allows for level adjustments to fit the terrain precisely, down to the millimeter.
This fixing system must enable the repair of the fence without removing the posts.
Panel assembly must be done without cutting the edge wires.
To prevent panel deformation through the use of a lever inserted between the base and the panel, the middle of the lower part of the panel will be held in place with a tamper-proof fixing device (pin, plug, bracket).
